What should I wear?
Shorts are ideal for a lower limb injury and for an upper limb shoulder a top that allows us to see your shoulders and upper back. We will always cover you with a towel to ensure your comfort.

Scott qualified from the University of Chichester in 2006 in Sports Therapy and is a proud member of the Society of Sports Therapists.
