Scott has provided injury treatment and sports massage for a number of athletes and sportsmen including Rugby, Golf, Tennis, Football teams, players and Runners in Poole and Bournemouth. Over the last few years Scott has had the opportunity to work with a number of athletes consisting of injured footballers, rugby players, runners from Poole and Bournemouth based clubs. He has also had experience providing treatment for Bulldog Martial Arts fighters, on site treatment and sports massage at Absolute Adrenaline event, local running events and football matches. Scott regularly attends International Sports Medicine Conferences, physiotherapy seminars, and courses to maintain a high level of care, understanding and ability. He has attended various courses to maintain up to date knowledge and techniques. The courses have consisted of Podiatry, Trigger Points Therapy, Core stability, Posture, Soft tissue techniques, Sacroiliac dysfunction and more. He believes education to understand the injury is important for injured individuals to aid their own recovery teamed with treatment with a multi-disciplined approach. Scott uses a wide range of techniques used by sports therapists and physiotherapist for years from over the world. Injury prevention is also extremely important in treating and caring for any athletes. What is Sports Therapy?
